HidePlugins

I stop developing this because I found another plugin which is doing the same.
If that plugin won't work or if you need extra features let me know.

Because I haven't found a plugin with the following featues and the plugin I found seems to be inactive I did my own one.

With this plugin you can simply:
- hide plugins from the plugin list
- add fake plugins to the plugin list
- deny the use of /plugins (nothing will happen)
- deny and send a text (for example "Dont Spy!")

Also users with hideplugins.see permission will be able to see the original Pluginlist.

Commands this plugin is wating for are /plugin and /pl

Usage:
You configurate this plugin with the config. The names are separated with a comma!
blackList: all this plugins will be removed (case-insensitive)
fakeList: all this plugins will be added (case-sensitive)
definedList: if this is set only this list will be shown (case-sensitive)
showMessage: If this is set it will display the given string in red. If you put in an empty space nothing will happen.

showMessage > definedList > fakeList/blackList
