🕵️ Shadow Hunt — Hide & Seek

Shadow Hunt is a fun and chaotic Hide & Seek mini-game plugin for Minecraft 1.20.1!

Choose your role, hide from the Seeker, find special items, use unique effects, and survive until the timer runs out. The Seeker has only one goal — find everyone before it's too late!

🎮 How to Play

There are two main roles:

🏃 Hiders

Hiders must find a good hiding spot and survive until the timer reaches zero.

They can explore the map, avoid the Seeker and collect special item drops that can give useful effects and bonuses.

🔎 Seekers

The Seeker must find every Hider before the timer ends.

The Seeker receives a special Seeker Wand. If the Seeker hits a Hider with the wand, that player is found and eliminated from the round.

⏱️ Timer

A BossBar appears at the top of the screen and shows the remaining game time.

The timer changes color as the game gets closer to ending:

🟢 Green — plenty of time remaining
🟡 Yellow — time is running out
🔴 Red — critical time!

🪄 Seeker Wand

The Seeker gets a special Seeker Wand using:

/boom

Hit a Hider with the wand to find them!

When a Hider is found:

YOU LOST!

appears on their screen, and they are automatically switched to Spectator Mode.

🎁 Special Item Drops

During the game, special items can drop around the map.

These items can provide different effects, bonuses and abilities, giving Hiders new ways to survive and making every round less predictable.

Some drops can help you escape, while others can give you useful temporary effects.

🏆 Victory Conditions

🔎 Seeker Victory

If the Seeker finds all Hiders before the timer expires:

SEEKER WINS!

🏃 Hider Victory

If the timer reaches zero and at least one Hider is still alive:

HIDERS WIN!

🥇 Top Survivors

At the end of the round, the plugin displays a Top Survivors ranking.

Players who survived longer receive a higher position.

1st place — survived the longest / was found last
2nd place — second longest survival
3rd place — third longest survival

⚙️ Commands

/hide <player> — Assign a player as a Hider.

/seek <player> — Assign a player as a Seeker.

/boom — Give the Seeker the Seeker Wand.

/hide-start <time> — Start the game.
