Support for WorldGuard and Factions
Factions: if in safe zone,war zone or other faction land you will not be able to disguise the chest
World Guard: if in a protected area you will not be able to disguise the chest unless your a owner
2 New permissions: hiddenchests.factions.bypass - Allows you to disguise chests everywhere hiddenchests.worldguard.bypass - Allows you to disguise chests everywhere
