Health Bar

Use craftbukkit development build #2743 or higher!

• Added custom mob bars! They work like player custom bars
• Re added support for java 6 (only major updates will have this)
• Added placeholder for custom mob and player bars: [/] = half block symbol
• If the plugin finds an update, will notify the players with permissions when they join
• Changed permission for updates: healthbar.update (includes command /hbr update, and update notification)
• Removed metrics option (you can change it in the metrics folder)

• Fixed invisibility bug with potions!
• Fixed villager name when trading (automatically removes the healthbar)
• Smaller fixes
