New Commands:
Added /kill
Added /healinfo (/healinfo 2) Added /healreload (broken atm)
/kill kills the sender/target
/healinfo & healinfo2 returns info about the plugin
/healreload reloads the config - THIS IS CURRENTLY BROKEN.
/healreload is broken.
