Adds crafting recipes to the heads of most mobs, popular Youtubers, and important Mojang people.

- Code added for auto-disguising a player who wears the respective mob head. Doesn't work however.
- All heads can now be smelted into a Steve head, only wither skeleton skulls are exempt to this if the config says so. Otherwise, Creeper, Skeleton, and Zombie heads cannot be reused.
