When a player leaves the game, a head appears in his position; by moving it, you can move the position where the player will appear when entering the world.

Head of Exit
This plugin allows you to change a player's position while they're away.
When a player logs out, a head appears at their coordinates. This head can be moved, and then, when they re-enter, they'll appear at the coordinates of the head, or the player carrying their head. The plugin assumes that the head can't be destroyed. If a player's head is missing, they'll respawn at the location where they left.
This plugin can help in situations where a friend needs to go, but it's better to escort them back to base.
