== Introduction ==

This plugin allows you to force a player to send a message, allowing you to "troll" players. I have added a verification to the commands. (Forcing <player> to say <msg>). You can force a player to run a command by typing the command instead of a message. (/fchat <player> /{command}).

• /fchat <player> <message>

== Permission Nodes ==

• HavocChat.fchat - Allows access to the command: /fchat
• HavocChat.Bypass - If a user has this permission, then they cannot be forced to chat.
