* Overhauled underlying libraries to match TrollCommands++
* Now sends errors to an online serveice for faster resolution
* Added a language resistry for future multi-language support
* Permission names for blocks and mobs has changed slightly. It now uses true names (with underscores)
* Mob/Player hats now get properly removed when disconnecting from the server
* Players can lo longer dismount themselves from being a hat
