Added new commands and optimized code:

• HarderMobs set:
• description: Set the percentages of the drops
• permission: HarderMobs.Admin
• usage: /hm set <easy|normal|hard> <percentage>

Code optimization:

I have optimized the code a bit and i have also fixed the annoying stack trace you got when you hit a mob with an empty hand.

Other Features:

I have also added an "auto-update" feature that allows you to toggle whether the plugin auto-matically updates (can be toggled in config) I have also added a "metrics" feature to the plugin, this just sends some fancy data to mcstats.org - Allows me to see uses my plugins. (This can also be toggled in the config.
