This will allow players to stand on redstone blocks and it will give them Buffs, and De-Buffs of course, they will receive

BlindNess for 40 seconds Mining Fatigue for 40 seconds Regeneration for 2 seconds and Speed for 4 seconds.

Now players actually have a reason for using redstone :D
