Hardcore Multiplayer Minecraft Plugin

HMMP brings true hardcore mechanics to multiplayer Minecraft by binding every item you touch to you, and wiping them completely upon death—without punishing the entire server.

Unlike other “hardcore” mods and plugins that either:

• Reset the entire world when one player dies
• Only clear your personal inventory (leaving chests, frames/armor stands, and other containers untouched)
• Ban you when you die???

• Individual Item Ownership
  Every item you craft, pick up, or collect is automatically tagged with your name.
  
  
• Death Wipes Across Everything
  On death, all items you own are deleted—

  • Items in chests, barrels, shulkers, furnaces, smokers, blast furnaces, brewing stands, campfires
  • Gear on armor stands
  • Items in item frames & glow frames
• Hopper Ownership System
  Hoppers inherit the tag of whoever placed them. Any item passing through is automatically assigned ownership—
  Perfect for auto farms, so the farmed goods still vanish when their owner dies.

  Brewing stands and crafting stations assign ownership correctly, including shift-click trades with villagers.
  
  

Fair Hardcore Progression
By default, your base and structures remain in the world—your blocks are not removed, so you can keep building. But your item progress resets entirely when you die.

⚙️ Config Options

• delete-blocks-on-death (default: false)
  • If enabled, all blocks a player placed are also deleted when they die.
  • If left disabled, bases/structures remain intact while only items are wiped.
• show-placed-by (default: false)
  • If enabled, hovering over a block shows “Placed by: <player>” in the action bar.
  • Can be safely left disabled, even if delete-blocks-on-death is enabled (ideal for hardcore PvP servers where you don’t want to reveal builders).
