- Added a command alias for '/hackercage' you can now do '/hc' for the same result!
- Added config with two options, deny chat and deny commands.
- Added reload command for config: '/hc reload' or '/hackercage reload'
- Added config command to see config in-game: '/hc config' or '/hackercage config'

Default Config:

deny-commands: false # If this is set to true caged players won't be able to execute any commands!
deny-chat: false # If this is set to true caged players won't be able to talk in chat!
