What's new
- Added config option to allow for aerial weapons (mortar, airstrike) to rain explosives instead of arrows.
- Creative players no longer use ammo or damage tools when using them as weapons.
- Creative users don't have weapons cooldowns anymore.
- Added config option to only allow players in creative to use weapons.
- Added config option to disable permission checking because of how broken they are.
