Revision 28:
- Added a config file.
- The startLevel is now set in the config.cfg.
- Dispenser, brewing stands and enchantment tables can now be used no matter which level your guild is.
- Fixed a bug, where Iron Golem's didn't attacked players when they attacked a guild with a bow.
