• Added signs that show the name of a guild chief and his current reputation.
• Reputation loss over time now has a greater affect to player that have a lot of reputation. (see LossDivisor in config).
• Separated localizations from config values into a new file: localization.yml
• Fixed the 4th version number from 0 to 2 ;-) - It has a special meaning. It is the persistence version that should only alter if the persistence have to be migrated.

• Fixed a problem on creating the userstats table if config value mysql-table-prefix was set.
• Fixed a localization issue on the message when a new guild chief was detected.
