Changelog:
- Changed plugin.yml for the features below.
  - Do not load the plugin if MineableSpawners is not present, dependent.
  - Added aliases for /spawners (/sps, sshop) and /sellspawner (/ssp, /sellspawn)
  - Configured permissions. Defaults have permission to open shop and sell spawners. Also guishopspawners.* now gives access to all permissions.
