GuestMessage
Simple plugin to block chat by using adding a permission to a group or user.
GuestMessage allows you to block chat to certain players or groups using a permission. GuestMessage allows you to configure a message to be sent to a player every time they attempt to talk AND have the permission "gm.notalk."

Bugs
- Using EssentialsChat, groups with a set chat format that have the permission "gm.notalk" causes plugin to throw error in console.
