- Added in Wheat control to configuration file and plugin!
- Internal configuration parser for GrowthLimiter v0.1-0.3 tested to be working!
- Wheat control is much the same as grass and mycelium control
- No in game commands for config reloading
- Added default wheat controls to be true. Default percent slow down is 50.
