Features

• /gravestone [player] bans a player
• /gravestone place [banned-player] to create a grave at the location and direction you are facing
• /gravestone unban [banned-player] unban and remove a grave sign (currently you must destroy the slabs)
• Players cannot destroy gravestone signs
