Gravestone Compatability

This was aimed to work with Mohist servers. This is a plugin not a mod. This allows server owners to allow grave destruction of all graves or limit it to player owned graves. (Player can collect their own, not others). 

This plugin will likely be edited over time to fix things as I find them. Please let me know if you find any issues as well by leaving a comment on this listing.
