- Added support for minimum/maximum players in config
- Added support for joining a team directly with commands
- Removed requirements of empty inv etc to join lobby
- Re-written timer code, making it look nicer and more efficienct
- Added "/gr time" command to show time remaining for current arena
- Fixed bug where admins would continuously set team signs when right-clicking signs after setting one previously
