/globalmute <on/off> - toggles the global chat mute on or off
------------------Permissions------------------
globalmute.mute - Permission to mute or unmute the chat
globalmute.bypass - Permission to talk while the chat is muted

2. Drag and drop into your plugins folder
3. Restart your server/load the plugin (PlugMan)
