Why is it good?
This is good cause of you can later use /potion <potion - id or name> <level> <time - ticks> [player]
Also this not need configuration!

- Q : Why should I use this? I just can use /effect A : Cause of here you also can provide the name and haven't to do the ids and that, but you still can use the /potionlist to view the ids, and then use the ids on /effect.
- Q : When is the next update? A : I not know, just when I think I should update it.
- Q : The potion not works?! HELP!!! A : Then say what potion (Name and id) and I fix it.
