What's new

- Added better messaging (NOTE: IMPORTANT FOR THE BOT TO HAVE THE MANAGE WEBHOOKS PERMISSION. Easiest way is to kick the bot and reinvite with the new invite url using /discordinvite in game!)

- Fixed console-refresh rate not actually affecting anything! (Notice slower response for console. THIS IS INTENDED IN THE FIRST PLACE TO NOT FLOOD MESSAGING)

- Filter @everyone and @here mentions unless they have fsd.mention permission

- Can now reset channels using !remove to reset from being a listener channel or a console.
