- Fixed bugs with /fa add and /fa remove causing the server to go ballistic and even crash.
- Improved loading announcements; they no longer need to be sequential integers - i.e., they can be identified by anything, even words, or 1 2 6 3 - as long as they are all unique.
- Fixed a bug where having anything in the Announcer.Strings path would crash the plugin
