First of all this is my first plugin and It's still being developed as i learn more and more of Java, so please no hate.

What does it do you ask? Right now it freezes/unfreezes a player only by command.
Commands /freeze (player) /unfreeze (player)
Permissions There will be none as of now.
ToDo - Add Config - Add Custom Messages - Add where you can get frozen by a hit of sword(You can change in config) - Teleports you to an arena?
