Allows for reading of player written books from item frames in game chat.

- Added ability to "select" a written book from an item frame by right clicking
- Added ability to read the book's contents with /page command
- Preserved ability to rotate book in frame (rotation enabled on additional right clicks, not on selection click)

- Added more helpful dialogs
- Changed chat color to be less obnoxious**
- High volume player chat results in book contents scrolling up in chat too quickly to read
