Base Commands:

Command	Description	Permission
/forcechat	Force Chat a Player of your Choice!	forcechat.chat
/fc	Shortcut for '/forcechat'	forchat.chat

Permissions:

Permission	Description	Version
forcechat.chat	you need this perm to be able to Force Chat Players	Both
forcechat.bypass	you can not force chat a player that has this perm	Restricted

How to Use:

Read the "READ ME!" file in the Zip
Drag 1 out of the 2 choice plugins to you Plugins folder.
Then reload or start up the server.
Finally relax and enjoy

How to Install:

Do '/fc' or '/forcechat'
Choose a Player to Force! (He/She has to be online)
Then type in the message you want them to Say
it should look like this: /fc <name> <message>
