This Plugin makes it so you can fly on survival!
Next versions will add join item so you can right/left click to toggle fly modes and admins can change fly modes of other players and use it from the console.

Commands:
- /Fly - Enables/Disables Fly
- /Fly Help - Shows the help page
- /Fly Reload - Reloads the config
- /Fly Admin Help
- /Fly Admin Toggle/Tg {Player} - Toggles Fly of a certain player
- /Fly Admin Enable/En {Player} - Enables Fly of a certain player
- /Fly Admin Disable/Dis {Player} - Disables Fly of a certain player
Permissions:
- flyutility.use - Allows usage /Fly
- flyutility.help - Allows usage /Fly Help
- flyutility.reload - Allows usage /Fly Reload
- flyutility.admin - Allows usage /Fly Admin
- flyutility.* - Allows full access, use only for admins
