Added a new map type, ores! Also shows underground cave systems.
Added permissions support
Added the ability to set the center and scale values for a map
Turbomaps are now implemented per-player
Rewrote the calling routines for all maps, separated the classes a bit more and removed some duplicate code.
None that I'm aware of. Please test and let me know if anything breaks.
