This plugin adds /fly command to Bukkit/Spigot servers, but was inspired by Bedrock Edition 1.2.13 from iOS exclusive to developer commands including /fly command, but it was removed in Bedrock Edition 1.2.14 including developer commands to the game

Features:

Permissions (/fly command only)
Take to the Air! from message they can be enabled to the /fly command from survival mode but similar to creative mode
Inspired by Bedrock Edition 1.2.13 added to developer commands exclusive to iOS including /fly command, but it was removed in Bedrock 1.2.14
