Fly Payment

- Added 'depend: [Vault]' to config
- Added custom messages to ALL messages Fly Payment uses
- Changed Vault dependency error message
- Changed 'flyp.takeDamage' to 'flyp.takedamage'
- If time is less than 60 seconds, the message will show 'second(s)' instead of 'minute(s)', and vise-versa
- Added 'TimeLeft' command for players to use
- Added 'FlyP.timeleft' permission to allow players to use it
Fixed
- Fixed 'x minute(s) left' message to properly tell players the time they have to fly
