Flux Jobs System - Initial Release

New Features:

  • Skill Tree System: Added a fully customizable skill tree. Perks, level requirements, and GUI slots can now be configured directly in the config.yml.

Improvements & Changes:

  • Difficulty Logic: Implemented a new step-based algorithm to prevent RNG inconsistencies. Rewards and item requirements now scale consistently across Easy, Medium, and Hard difficulties.

  • UI/UX Styling: Standardized all GUI titles and plugin messages with a premium "Small Caps" text style for a unified look.

  • Optimization: Refactored JobManager.java and GUIListener.java to support dynamic configuration loading and better performance.
