What's new
- Changed default config so that it gives a normal flying experience out-of-the-box.
- Added time support: Control what time of day players are allowed to fly.
- Added weather support: Control under what weather conditions players are allowed to fly.
- Added minimum balance requirement: Players must have a minimum balance to start flying.
- Control over sprint flying is buggy at the moment because Bukkit does not correctly cancel PlayerToggleSprintEvent events. There is nothing to do except to wait for them to fix it.
