PlugmanX
PlugmanX is an in-game plugin management utility for Spigot and Paper servers. It allows server administrators to load, unload, enable, disable, and reload plugins on the fly without restarting the server.

Permission Groups
plugmanx.editor: Grants access to general plugin operations (use, list, info, enable, disable, reload).plugmanx.admin.all: Grants all PlugmanX permissions.
Note: On modern Paper versions (1.20.5+), hard unloading (/pmx unload) may be restricted due to Paper's redesigned plugin subsystem. Use /pmx reload or /pmx disable instead.
