Made from a request, this allows you to flap around with Jump Boost IV

Command - Description - Permission Node

/flappy - Allows you to jump around - flappy.player
/flappy help - Displays the help - flappy.help
/flappy admin <player> - Toggles another player's flappiness - flappy.admin
