Fireworks DuctTape allows you to strap someone to a firework!

Fireworks DuctTape is a fun plugin which allows you to strap a player to a firework and watch them go up with the firework!

Usage:
1. Use /strap <PlayerName>
3. Place a firework within 10 blocks of their location
2. Watch!

Permissions:
firework.strap - Access to the only command!
