Fire Arrows

Fire Arrows is a plugin that sets arrows on fire! When shot with any arrow except for the spectral arrow, it will set fire to the block below it (or the mob, if it is nearby). Not every surface can catch fire, take that into account. But still, most surfaces catch fire!
