Fight session

Fight Session is a plugin that engage players in a « fight mode » when they hit each other and prevents them from running away using commands to teleport or if they disconnect during the combat time it will kill them.

Customisation of bossbar timer:
bossbar_display_options:
- possible colors: blue, green, pink, purple, red, white, yellow
- possible styles: segmented_solid, segmented_6, segmented_10, segmented_12, segmented_20
Adding permissions and groups of permissions:
- Group: fightsession.group.admin
- Group: fightsession.group.player
- permission: fightsession.help
- permission: fightsession.time
- permission: fightsession.targets
minor change to default translations.
