FatTnt 0.2.0-DEV-1 - beta [1.2.4 ... 1.2.5]

Almost usable beta/dev. Might work with a range of earlier CB/RB builds as well.

"Biggest" changes:

• Re-add randomization (switchable: radius....random: 0 to disable).
  
• Add optional rudimentary confinement settings: y-min, y-max to specify where tnt can damage blocks (currently global, one setting for all worlds!).
  
• Increase default radius multiplier by 0.125 !

Issues:
* The preset configuration values are mild guesses (or wild), and need adaption.
