Plugin Description
FAQ plugin will send a message to the player, that could answer his, or hers question. It all works with a simple command of /FAQ [user] <key word>, the current keywords available are op, admin, cant-build, hosted, creative, and one for fun who-am-i (all case insensitive). If the user types in /FAQ op, a default message of "FAQ: This server runs with ranks, sorry" will be sent to him, this can be changed in the plugins config.yml.
From version 1.1.a moderators/admins (all currently) can send the message to the player. This is done by doing /FAQ username keyword. Here is a table of the default messages (more to be added, with support of admin modification (in game), as well as support for custom keywords)
UPDATE
From my statistics, many people choose to use old 1.0 version, compared to 1.1 , which has 'admin support'. Although they do not have permissions as of yet, but it is a feature for the near update.

On Monday 28th October this plugin reached 500 downloads. Thank you to all that use it. I started a plugin (beta released soon) called Infraction Points, it is a Loyalty/Warning points plugin which will issue automatic kicks, bans and change ranks when the player gets certain amount of warnings!
