Fake leave

Added New item to config gamemode: true (default) if set true it will allow the person doing /faleave to automatically go into creative mode automatically go to survival with /fajoin if gamemode_join: = true Fixed when doing /fajoin you had to relog for people to see you now it should be fixed

Plugin check update always says no
