This plugin will tell everyone on the server that someone has failed defined through /fail [playername]
This plugin is my first attempt at making a plugin.

Features:

- Tells the server that a player failed
- Checks to see if the player is online
- Ability to define most messages
- Reload from in-game
- Exempted From Being Failed

Commands:
/Fail [PlayerName]
/Fail Reload

Permissions:
- failure.fail Allows Player to use /Fail
- failure.fail.exempt Doesn't Allow User To Be Failed
- failure.reload Allows Users to reload the plugin's configuration

Configuration:

Define the message when a user fails
Fail:
What is displayed when a player is not online
NotOnline:
What is displayed when a player has the failure.fail.exempt permission node
CannotFail:
When the "/Fail reload" command is issued
Reload:
When a user is not allowed to use a command
NoPermission:

To-Do:

- Ability to toggle the check if online
- Ability to define multiple customizable messages randomly
