• changed configs are now saved in an intervall AND if something has changed instead of everytime something changes (should reduce IO)
• updated to use UUIDs in favor of player names. Old data will be automaticly updated, but it requires you to run CB#3033 or higher.
• the other changes were internally, nothing fancy :/
