- Rewrote Plugin, improving efficiency and stability.

- Limited the config.yml to explosions only caused by the plugin.
- Added a global.yml that manages explosions on the server.
- Upon any explosion, a configurable effect may occur:
- Firework Explosion
- Sound Effect
- Lightning Effect (Previously in the plugin)
- Cancel of damage to terrain
- Repairing of damage to terrain (places blocks 1 by 1 until damage is fixed)
