Allows user to enter Explore Mode, allowing flight but no world interaction.
What's new
Added additional error messaging when users attempt to exit or leave Explore Mode when already in said Explore Mode state. Added code to help ensure no damage is taken from teleporting back after returning from Explore Mode.
