Erebus' God Pickaxe

This plugin adds a craftable, breakable 3x3 mining pickaxe with built-in "anti-hoarding" features like an Ender Chest ban and an admin command to remotely destroy all current versions.

3x3 Mining: Breaks a 3x3 area based on the block face hit.
Custom Recipe: Craft using Netherite Blocks, Ingots, and Blaze Rods.
Anti-Hoard: Cannot be stored in Ender Chests.
Era Reset: Admins can use `/godpickaxe reset` to invalidate all existing pickaxes.
Built for Paper: Native support for 1.21.1.
