-Fixed a bug where the /EnhancedPlayers update command used the wrong Plugin ID to get an update

-Fixed a bug where a player had to have the EnhancedPlayers.reload permission to use the update command

-Fixed a bug involving the player not gaining effects on respawn

-Added a 'no fall damage effect' (To enable this, give the player the permission EnhancedPlayers.noFallDamage)

-Made players gain effects on respawn

-Fixed the commands so that they actually work
