EndRestrict
Allows server owners to restrict block interaction in The End, and logs when a player kills the Ender Dragon

Functions
- Allows server owners to restrict block interaction in The End using the permission node 'theend.allow'. Unless a player has this node, they will be unable to do anything in The End. Warn your users that you have this plugin installed, as they will not be able to defend themselves against the Ender Dragon.
- Outputs a line to the server log when an Ender Dragon is killed, indicating who killed it.
Permissions
- theend.allow Allows players to interact with blocks and mobs in The End.
